School

At St Andrew's College Junior School, Young Minds Coding Academy has become a valued part of both our after-school programme and our curriculum. The pupils genuinely look forward to each session and engage enthusiastically with the creative and problem-solving elements of coding. What has stood out most is the consistency and professionalism of the programme, with the same instructor building positive relationships with the children throughout the term. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed and gives pupils opportunities to develop real computational thinking skills in a fun and accessible way. From a school perspective, the programme is exceptionally well organised and easy to manage, making Young Minds Coding Academy a trusted and reliable partner for our school community.

As a parent, I'm very pleased with the experience my child has had in your computer classes. The teaching is clear, patient, and well-structured, and I've seen noticeable improvement in both skills and confidence. My child genuinely enjoys attending, which speaks highly of the positive learning environment you create. The payment system is straightforward and convenient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it has been a very positive experience for our family.

My two sons have had Young Minds in the past for in-school instruction between the age of 8 and 12. One of my sons is neurodivergent (ADHD and dyslexia) and can sometimes have trouble in new classes or require additional support, while my other son has taken coding for four year prior and is quite comfortable with all sorts of coding languages and classes. Both of them absolutely love Young Minds and raved about the classes they taught. They were both able to thrive in the classes with instruction to suit both of them. When they came back to offer their new classes before school they could not wait to sign up and had so much fun and learned a lot. I cannot recommend Young Minds enough!
